Before his retail success, Mark spent nearly a decade in institutional investment management, overseeing complex trading operations across 40 global markets. This combination of Main Street and Wall Street experience gives him a unique perspective on business valuation, operational efficiency, and strategic growth – insights he now shares with aspiring business owners. Mark holds both an MBA in Finance and a BS in Computer Science/Mathematics from Santa Clara University, bringing an analytical approach to helping his clients evaluate and select franchise opportunities that align with their goals and capabilities.
